Safety Training
With the introduction of the proposed new national Work Health Safety (WHS) legislation in January 2012 it has never been more imperative to engage a training company who truly understands your company’s needs. Australian Fire & First Aid was formed to meet a specific gap in the safety training and service market. Our team of training specialists are all multi disciplined with special interests in varying areas. We provide each of our customers with a true Account Manager who will answer all your queries, deliver your training, conduct your safety services, manage your accreditation expiry dates and more. As and integral part of your business, your account manager can also be available to attend OHS meetings and other internal safety meetings in an advisory capacity. At Australian Fire & First Aid we specialise in business to business safety training and services and are happy to tailor training packages to suit your industry or site specific needs. All of our services and courses have an environmental focus and we have minimised our environmental impact where possible for all courses across our scope.
All of our courses and services are housed on our accreditation warning system, ensuring you always have plenty of notice when your qualification, certificate or compliance falls due. With both written and verbal follow up of soon to expire skills and services we ensure our customers are never caught out. Regular scheduled servicing can be arranged for all repeat services and courses with short accreditation periods. We are also happy to devise a multi discipline training schedule to ensure your training and services are delivered in a timely fashion with minimum interruption to normal income producing activities.
Require training Australia Wide? Not a problem, we have an affiliate network of environmentally likeminded, skilled companies across Australia who can deliver nationally accredited training. Our multi skilled staff are also accustomed to travelling far and wide to meet the needs of our customers. We can provide the same course and the same trainer nationwide for all courses where required.
Of course, above all, we guard your privacy fiercely. We’d love to brag about the big brand customers we have but it just wouldn’t be right, what we can tell you is we’ve never lost a customer and our 400% growth in the 2010-2011 financial year was solely due to word of mouth.

Please be patient as we review and migrate all of the content from our old website over to this new one. At a minimum the PDF download is available for each course.
